	Komerční Banka can be found in the basement at the entrance to the underground, Pankrác Station
	Supervised children crèche Children crèche is on the ground floor next to customer toilets, information on prices and children crèche events can be obtained at the information kiosk on the ground floor
	Separate baby rooms Cozy and clean baby rooms are situated on the ground floor of the centre Arkády Pankrác opposite to customer toilets
	TAXI services available from information desk The information kiosk is situated in the centre of the ground floor
	First Aid On the ground floor, behind children crèche - it’s not a non-stop service, in emergency, contact information desk
	WC Both toilets, either on the ground floor or on the first floor have barrier free access
	ATM machines of Česká spořitelna, Komerční banka and GE Money bank ATM machines are at the entrance to the underground (KB), on the first floor in a corridor next to the food court (Česká Spořitelna) and on the ground floor in a corridor to customer toilets (GE Money Bank)
	Security service Security guards are spread around the centre Arkády Pankrác
	Information desk Information desk is available to our customers during centre’s opening hours, i.e. 9am – 9pm, it can be found in the centre of the ground floor
	Parking place Entrance to the above-ground parking place of Arkády Pankrác is from Hvězdova Street. First 3 hours of parking are always for free, and then it costs 40 CZK per hour. Parking fee can be paid either through parking machines, which are situated at the elevators and entrances on every floor or at the Parking Management window (at the gates)
	Public telephone There is one payphone at the central elevators on the ground floor and other two payphones are on the first floor (close to food area and lockers)
	Barrier-free toilets Both toilets, either on the ground floor or on the first floor have barrier free access
	Wi-Fi internet connection Connection can be found in the food court on the first floor and in Gelati Eis Café also on the first floor
	Escalators For comfortable shopping, they are situated at three out of four entrances and also on the first floor leading to above-ground car park (close to New Yorker)
	Management Management can be found on the first parking floor, where you can get by express elevator (yellow marked level, elevator to Interspar) or with escalator from the first floor
	Car Park Management Car Park Management can be found at entrance gates to the car park, i.e. on the first parking floor
	Elevators In the basement, there is an elevator at Interspar or there are other elevators available to use on all three floors, in the side corridor, where you can get through the entrance from a bus stop
