Among the most frequent New Year’s resolutions is: I MUST LOSE WEIGHT!
We start to look for all kinds of various diets, we buy a ton of vegetables to make that “fat-devouring soup”, or a lot of pineapple for yet another popular weight control diet and we start to torment ourselves. But most of the time we find that after a month of dieting our effort was futile and we give-up on trying. In order to be effective and without damaging our health, reduction of weight must respect our health condition, gender, age, physical activity, the structure of our body tissue and other factors.
What does that mean?
It is important to obtain an expert advice based on evaluation of our current health condition and lifestyle, specifically from the nutritional therapists.
