As the operator of Arkády Pankrác Shopping Centre, ECE Projektmanagement s.r.o., ID No. 65413695 declares that it provides its services and collects personal information about customers in conformity with the Act on Protection of Personal Information No. 101/2000 Coll. All personal information obtained from customers will be used only for business and marketing purposes, in order to provide services to customers. The collected information will not be provided to third parties, nor it will be misused otherwise and will be handled in accordance with the Act No. 101/2000 Coll.
By sending or providing personal information to the operator of the shopping centre, the customer gives his consent for its collection. The customer has the right to request to have his personal information deleted from the database and to have his registration cancelled at anytime.
