The first two hours of parking are FREE, each additional hour started is charged at a rate of 50, - / hour. Overnight parking is prohibited. Repeated entry to the parking lot of OC Arkády is charged from each started hour at a rate of 50, - / hour. (After leaving the car park and re-entering at a time of less than 1 hour, parking is charged at a rate of 50,-/hour for each hour started.) Parking is free upon arrival after 6 p.m. Parking on weekends 7:00 - 22:30 is FREE. Parking fees can be paid at parks which are located in the car park and at the entrances from the car park to the part of the centre. At the same time, it is possible to pay for parking directly at the glass office of the Parking Authority located at the entrance gates.
After payment, customers have 15 minutes to exit. Departure of the parked car from the parking lot of OC Arkády Pankrác outside opening hours (20:01 - 6:59) is charged a one-time fee of CZK 500 + the amount for the parking. A fine of CZK 500 is charged for the loss of a parking card. In case of any questions regarding parking or orientation on the parking floors, visitors are available to the staff of the Parking Administration, who will be happy to help or advise. The opening hours of the Parking Administration Office are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 21:00.
Visitors to the center have the opportunity to use our above-ground parking lot, which can be conveniently reached from Hvězdova Street. The three parking floors offer visitors to the center 1100 parking spaces, which are available from Monday to Sunday, from 7:00 to 22:30. Outside this time, the entrance and exit to the parking lot of the center is closed by a lattice blind. Entrance to the parking lot is limited to a maximum car height of up to 1.9 m.
Arkády Pankrác offers long-term parking for a monthly rate of 3.630 CZK including VAT. Long-term parking cards are issued at the Parking Administration Office after a written order and payment of the invoice. The card allows for an unlimited number of entries and exits during the purchased period (calendar month, quarter, year) in the opening hours of the parking (from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM).

If a consumer dispute arises between Pankrác Shopping center k.s. and a customer, who is at the same time a consumer within the meaning of generally binding legal regulations, the customer - consumer can choose an out-of-court resolution of the dispute.
