Parking

The first two hours of parking are FREE. An additional one hour of FREE parking is available to customers who present a receipt for purchases made within Arkády Shopping Centre with a minimum value of CZK 500*.

*To claim the additional free parking hour, a valid receipt must be presented at the information desk on the ground floor of Arkády Shopping Centre. The parking time will then be extended on the parking card. This must always be done before leaving the garage through the exit barrier.

A valid receipt is one issued for a purchase made at Arkády Shopping Centre with a minimum value of CZK 500.
A higher purchase amount does not result in additional free parking hours, and multiple receipts cannot be combined to reach the minimum required amount.
The receipt must be issued on the same day the additional free parking hour is claimed.

The additional one hour of free parking can be claimed only once per day per customer.

The additional free hour does not apply to vehicles entering the garage using licence plate recognition (LPR).

Each additional started hour is charged at a rate of CZK 50 per hour. Parking outside the centre’s opening hours, including overnight parking, is prohibited.

After leaving the car park and re‑entering, parking is charged at a rate of CZK 50 per hour for each started hour.

Parking is FREE when entering the car park after 6:00 PM. Weekend parking is FREE from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Parking fees can be paid at the parking payment machines, which are located throughout the car park and at the entrances from the car park to the shopping mall. After payment, customers have 15 minutes to exit. Exiting a parked vehicle from the Arkády Pankrác car park outside opening hours (10:31 PM – 6:59 AM) is subject to a one‑time fee of CZK 500 plus the applicable parking charge. A lost parking card is subject to a penalty of CZK 2,000. For any questions regarding parking or navigation on the parking levels, visitors may contact the information desk staff, who are available to assist.

Visitors can also use the above‑ground car park, which is easily accessible from Hvězdova Street. The three parking levels provide 1,100 parking spaces, available daily, Monday to Sunday from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Outside these hours, both entry to and exit from the car park are secured by a roller gate. Maximum vehicle height for entry is 1.9 metres.

E‑mobility

When parking, visitors can also take advantage of electric vehicle charging facilities. All information regarding the operation of the charging station is available at www.elektromobilita.cz. Two EV charging points, marked in green, are located immediately after entering the Arkády Shopping Centre car park (Level 2), on the right-hand side behind the entry barriers.
